Please review the updated registration requirements and AHA Embargo and Recording Policies, including who is eligible to apply for embargoed access to AHA/ASA news media materials via the password protected newsroom (PPN).

It is a two-step registration process (1 for attending in person or virtually and 2 ONLY if you are not already registered to access the AHA password protected newsroom)

Step 1: All journalists must REGISTER HERE for access to the main ISC 2023 virtual meeting. Media who register to attend in-person will have access to sessions on-site in Dallas and on the virtual platform.

  • Meeting registration includes an “electronic badge” that will provide access to the live, main event (late-breaking science) sessions virtually.
  • Technical assistance for the online registration process is available via a link at the bottom of each page of the registration form.

Step 2: Separate, approved login credentials are required for journalists to access the embargoed ISC Password Protected Newsroom (ISC PPN).

  • You only have to register for the PPN access IF you do not already have an active PPN login. You do not need to re-register.
  • If you are not currently accessing an AHA/ASA PPN, you may apply for access at the link below.
  • When you open the link, approved media may login on the left of the page or select the link on the right of the page to request PPN access.
  • Once logged in, please see the Home tab for important information on navigating the ISCPPN.
