Attending ISC 2022 in person or virtually and accessing embargoed media materials, including live stream embargoed news briefings, is a three-step process:

Step 1: All journalists must Register Here as a media attendee for the meeting in order to access the main event sessions in person or virtually.

  • Meeting registration includes a physical badge for in-person attendees and an “electronic badge” that will provide access to the live, main event (late-breaking science) sessions virtually. These credentials do not provide access the embargoed, password protected newsroom (PPN) or the embargoed news briefing.

Step 2: Register for access to the ISC 2022 Password-Protected Newsroom (PPN) if you are not currently credentialed and accessing an AHA/ASA PPN. The link to register for the ISC 2022 PPN will be available two weeks before the meeting. Please do not share your credentials; log-ins are monitored.

  • The PPN includes access to the embargoed press materials and resources and the live, embargoed news briefings.

Step 3: Register to attend the live stream embargoed news briefings when the link becomes available prior to the meeting.
