Kemper Kleiss - Eastern Iowa
Kemper Kleiss is the survivor ambassador for the 2023 Cedar Valley Heart Walk. A 6-year-old from Lawler, Iowa, Kemper was born with a congenital heart defect and has endured two, open-year surgeries.
