Kentucky 2024 Managing Hypertention

Each Libraries with Heart kit includes a blood pressure monitor, American Heart Association guided materials on how to properly measure blood pressure at home, an explanation of what those blood pressure numbers mean, and a contact list of care providers who will provide follow-up to anyone who needs it. A tabletop blood pressure machine is also available for use at the New Albany Main Library location.
