AUSTIN, Texas, December 1, 2022 – The American Heart Association – Central Texas is teaming up with the Texas Stars, American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL’s Dallas Stars, to hold a Go Red night on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 to jumpstart Heart Month.
Three dollars of each ticket purchased at texasstars.com/AmericanHeart will go back to the American Heart Association in Central Texas to help fund cutting-edge research, lifesaving education both in the classroom and professionally and advocate to protect public health.
Fans in attendance will have the opportunity to learn Hands-Only CPR in addition to learning vital heart health information in support of the Go Red for Women initiative.
Fans are encouraged to wear red and arrive early with the first 2000 fans receiving red-themed giveaways to ensure everyone has gear to participate in National Wear Red Day on Friday, February 3.
